I hold a BA and MA in Graphic Design, which led me to a career in publishing, moving from London to Oxford to work within the education sector. I am now based in Warwickshire.

My design background has naturally evolved into an interest in printmaking and mixed media and I have always painted. My ideas and inspiration come from what I see around me every day. I try to capture an essence of a place or situation or a conceptual idea I wish to develop. The images emerge from sketches, life references, memories, or are developed instinctively. I am interested in the relationships made using colour, form and gestural mark-making. My work combines mixed media, digital elements, collage, and predominantly acrylic paint.
