Yes — artists retain full copyright and intellectual property ownership of their artwork at all times. By submitting work to Artfully Curated, you simply grant us permission to reproduce, promote, and sell your artwork as prints through our platform and associated promotional channels.
Yes — Artfully Curated operates on a non-exclusive basis. Artists are free to continue selling their work through galleries, personal websites, social media, exhibitions, and other platforms.
Yes — artists can request the removal of their artwork from the platform at any time. Please note that any existing orders, promotional materials, or previously published content may remain in circulation where removal is not reasonably practical.
Artists can choose between two pricing models:
- setting the amount they wish to earn per print;
- or setting the final retail price shown to customers.
Artfully Curated then manages production costs, commission structure, and fulfilment.
Artists decide how many prints are available within each edition size. Artfully Curated uses this allocation to accurately manage edition tracking and availability across the platform. The allocation must be exclusive to Artfully Curated but you can set the range e.g. 1-5 of 20.
Some artworks may require minor cropping or formatting adjustments depending on their orientation and selected print format. Any adjustments are made carefully to preserve the integrity and presentation of the original artwork.
Framed artworks are supplied with high-quality perspex for shipping safety. Glass may be available for collection orders where applicable.
Yes — artists are always credited wherever reasonably possible across digital promotions, editorial features, exhibitions, and physical displays.
No — there is currently no fee to submit artwork to Artfully Curated.
No — Artfully Curated is a curated platform, and all submissions are reviewed to ensure they align with our quality standards, presentation requirements, and overall artistic direction.
Payments to artists are made on a monthly basis, with sales from one month paid out at the beginning of the next month.
Artist payouts are processed once a month. For example, sales made in August will be paid out in the first week of September. We manually calculate your earnings after deducting commissions and any refunds, and then transfer the amount to your preferred bank account or payment method.
Refunds are processed according to our policy, and any refunds issued will be deducted from your earnings.
If a customer requests a refund, we will review the request and, if valid, process the refund. Any refunded amount will be deducted from your pending earnings. We will notify you of any refunds affecting your sales and payouts.
After your artwork is scanned, you can upload it to your profile along with descriptions, prices, and other relevant details.
Once your artwork has been professionally scanned, you’ll receive the digital files for uploading to your Artfully Curated profile. You can set prices, add descriptions, and manage your portfolio directly from your artist dashboard. All uploads are subject to a quality check before being listed for sale.
Artfully Curated provides ongoing support including customer service, marketing assistance, and feedback on your artwork’s performance.

When you bring your original artwork to Halo Print & Frame, it is scanned using high-resolution equipment that captures every detail with precision. This process ensures that the digital files used for printing are of the highest quality, preserving the integrity of your original work.
No — artists are welcome to use any professional scanning service to digitise their artwork. We accept high-resolution scans and files from any provider, as long as they are suitable for professional print reproduction.
To ensure consistency across the Artfully Curated collection, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to submitted files where necessary. This may include colour correction, cropping, resizing, or light touch-ups to optimise print quality and presentation.
