Returns Policy: How It Works

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the damage or fault for verification.
  • Next Steps: Once we verify the issue, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • Repacking: Please repack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent further damage during return shipping.
  • Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will offer you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
  • Processing Time: Refunds for faulty or damaged items will be processed within 28 days of receiving the return.
 

Important Details:

  • Proof of Postage: We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage when returning an item, as we cannot process claims for lost returns without it.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges; however, a replacement will be provided for items that arrive faulty or damaged.
