Art found me rather than the other way around. After years practising law, burnout led me to pick up a paintbrush as a last resort. What followed was unexpected: the process of creating became a way to heal.

Working in mixed media, I build layers of modelling paste, ink, acrylic, metallic foils and oil to create textured portraits of strong, empowered women. Inspired by the Victorian era and steampunk aesthetics, my work explores the balance between strength, beauty and transformation.

Each piece is built through layers of adding, scraping back and revealing until something authentic emerges. The metallic foils catch the light, echoing moments of resilience and change.

My own journey inspired me to found AttorneyatArt, LLC, a community supporting lawyers through creativity. My work sits at the intersection of those two worlds, celebrating the power of art to transform and reconnect us with ourselves.
