Katy is a representational artist based in Warwick working predominantly in oils. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art from Falmouth School of Art and enjoys painting a wide range of subject matter from still life, landscapes, seascapes and people using a visual language of brushstrokes and marks to capture the light and essence of the subject. Though based on observation from life or photos she is equally interested in the painterly quality of her work than making a realistic representation.

Her work has been exhibited in open exhibitions, art fairs and galleries in Warwickshire as well as being shortlisted for National exhibitions including at the Mall Galleries in London.
